Very nice couscous recipe! I had to use a bit more wine to cook the mushrooms and onions, otherwise made as directed. Easy and tasty, great with grilled chicken - thanks for sharing the recipe!

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Add couscous, butter and salt.
  3. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Topping: In a shallow pan, add all"topping" ingredients and cook until mushrooms are tender.
  5. Mix topping with couscous, serve immediately.
