I made with peaches and blueberries. Using a 1/4 cup of Lavender Sugar With Vanilla and 3/4 cups regular sugar. I was in a rush so when I inverted the cake to soon it fell apart. Oops! But didn`t hurt the flavor. I got to sneak a taste of the pieces that stuck to the pan. Thanks! Almost forgot I made the glaze with powdered sugar a touch of Grand Marnier and OJ mixing together and no cooking.

Didn't have any wild blueberries - so used regular blueberries - turned out perfect!! Not too sweet, with a nice orange flavour. Used half orange half lemon juice for the cake and orange juice only for the glaze. Thanks BK - this is definitely worth the effort to make!!! :)

Since I could not find fresh blueberries at my store, I used chopped apples instead and that worked out fine for this cake, I will give this cake another try in the future using fresh blueberries as the texture of this cake was very good! thanks BK!...Kitten:)
