This is so fresh tasting delicious!! I used frozen mixed berries (mainly black berries & raspberries) I strained the mixture through a sieve to leave out the hard seeds. I used an unrefined extra virgin olive oil and local unpasteurised honey to keep it raw. I served it over baby romaine in red and green. I would make this again. I made this with frozen mixed berries, raw agave, and skipped the oil. It was delicious, so I'll be making it again. Thanks for posting! I wish it were categorized as Salad Dressing/Vegan/Low In Fat. I'd have found it sooner!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are.
