  1. Combine all ingredients and cook for about ten minutes to dissolve spices.
  2. Can be used as a marinade for beef briskets or shoulder clods or it can be used on the table as a"sloshing sauce" for chopped or pulled pork.

Very tasty sauce Nimz. I used a Ukraniun Ring Sausage. I baked it in the oven with the sloshing sauce at 325 for 1 hour. What a treat. The sauce was rich, tangy, tart and spicy. We really enjoyed this with our rice. I served the remaining sauce on the side for dunking. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe.

I had some bratwurst that I simmered in onions, green peppers and some garlic. I added this sauce and served it in hot dog rolls. EXCELLENT lunch!! I'll be making this again and soon.

I found the wicker's marinade recipe online a while back when I could no longer find it at the grocery store. This is the first time I've seen it on recipezaar, so I just had to post a review. This is absolutely the best marinade for ribs. I marinade pork ribs (baby back are best!) overnight before grilling slowly over indirect heat. A Boston Butt also works great with this marinade. I've never served this at the table though...I may have to try it. Thanks for posting this excellent marinade at recipezaar!
