Use with crab cakes, salmon, sandwiches, eggs...potato salad?!?
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons wasabi paste (adjust to taste) or 2 teaspoons wasabi powder (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- In a small bowl, combine all well. Cover and chill until ready to use.
What's not to like....mayonnaise, honey and WASABI! All of my favorites. Used this on a grilled salmon sandwich with onions, tomatoes and lettuce. I was in heaven and I thought the neighbor was going to heaven. (I added just a little more wasabi because I love it and warned him) but I guess just a little more than he expected. He did take the recipe home though and said it was delicious and so much easier to make than to go buy a jar of the prepared mayo. Thank you gailanng for another wonderful recipe!
