Light and fluffy and not overly sweet. Ideal mini muffin, I used semi-sweet choco chips and butterscotch chips.

I thought the flavour was good. I used semi-sweet chocolate chips & think they'd be much better with milk chocolate chips. I think the miniature size chips would be best. I also made 8 whopper-size muffins instead of a dozen. I found they became very dense after the first 24 hours-not fluffy anymore; that's why only the 3 stars.

The only change I made was to use vegetable oil instead of butter. They were so good and light texture. Thanks :) Made for I recommend tag game.

Fabulous muffin recipe! Very light texture - I thought they'd fall apart because they are so light but they don't! I received 15 muffins (using silicone muffin cups). Went to a meeting for an hour and came home to only 7 muffins (4 kids at 2 muffins each)! Before the night was over I was down to 5!! Big hit with the whole family!
