Wicked Bread Dip

"Just a basic bread dip. Tasty and easy."

• Yields: 1 bottle

ingredients

• 118.29 ml olive oil
• 9.85 ml balsamic vinegar
• 9.85 ml parmesan-romano cheese mix, shredded
• 9.85 ml crushed red pepper flakes
• 4.92 ml ground black pepper
• 4.92 ml kosher salt
• 4.92 ml garlic, finely chopped
• 4.92 ml rosemary
• 4.92 ml basil
• 4.92 ml parsley
• 4.92 ml oregano

directions

1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
2. Transfer into serving container using funnel.
3. Close lid and let it sit for at least a few hours before serving. For best taste wait at least 24 hours.
4. Pour desired amount into bowl and serve with your favourite bread.

This is indeed wicked good. I don't care for rosemary so I left that out. I used Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil and sliced a baguette for dipping. Spicy, flavorful and addicting!
