      I thought this was good but a little too sweet so if I make this again I will cut the sugar by half. I baked this covered and found that that the breadcrumbs were a bit too mushy. I don't think I would bake this dish uncovered because the moisture in the cream cheese would evaporate so next time I think I will omit the breadcrumbs.

      Wonderful way to serve the lowly corn kernels. My husband really liked this dish. I did scale back to serve just the 2 of us. Made for Everyday Holiday Tag. :)

      This is a great and easy dish. I didn't think the cream cheese would work but it DID! Made this for 09 Football pool week #8.

      Yummy side dish. Simple and easy to put together. My family really enjoyed this, but would prefer less breadcrumbs next time. Thanks SB6 for a nice side dish. Congrats again on you Week 15 Football win.

      I made this the other night as a side to BBQ'd ribs dinner and it was a nice change from just plain buttered corn. I only made 1/4 of the recipe, which worked out well. I am not a big fan of plain baked bread crumb topping so used crushed Ritz crackers, which was optional and I think next time I would leave them off. Congrats again on your win in the Football Pool Game.
