This is a great granola, filled with nuts and dried fruit. Enjoy
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1⁄2 cup maple syrup
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil (or canola)
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- Mix all ingredients except raisins and cranberries.
- Place on a shallow baking pan in 350°F oven. Stir occasionally.
- When golden brown, 20-30 minutes, remove from oven and add raisins and cranberries.
- Let cool.
Really tastey. I did replace the maple syrup and oil with honey and melted butter. I can't stop eating it!
I'm a guy and managed to put this recipe together. It must have been easy to make since a y-challegened could do it. Also, other miricle: it tasted great! If you want to get to your man's heart serve him some of this with homemade yogurt tomorrow morning! P Smith Duluth, GA
