- 157.80 ml butter or 157.80 ml margarine, softened
- 236.59 ml Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 large egg
- 4.92 ml vanilla extract
- 2.46 ml baking powder
- 354.88 ml whole wheat flour
- 236.59 ml all-purpose flour
- 157.80 ml raisins
- 157.80 157.80 ml white chocolate chips or 157.80 ml additional raisins
directions
- Beat butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, and baking powder until well blended.
- With mixer on low, gradually add the whole-wheat and all-purpose flours.
- Stir in, by hand, the raisins and/or chips.
- Drop by heaping teaspoons 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes (edges lightly browned).
