ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups nonfat milk
- 1⁄4 cup canola oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
directions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- In seperate bowl mix milk, oil, and eggs.
- Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Use 1/4 measuring cup to scoop batter and put on hot lightly greased griddle.
- Cook until light brown and flip. Cook other side to light brown.

I cut this recipe in half & it was a little more than 2 of us could eat in one sitting, but they did provide for a very satisfying breakfast! Other than adding a silced banana to it, the recipe was pretty much followed! These 'cakes are a nice change from the usual ones we eat! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
