Whole Wheat Power Pancakes

  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • In seperate bowl mix milk, oil, and eggs.
  • Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Use 1/4 measuring cup to scoop batter and put on hot lightly greased griddle.
  • Cook until light brown and flip. Cook other side to light brown.

  1. I cut this recipe in half & it was a little more than 2 of us could eat in one sitting, but they did provide for a very satisfying breakfast! Other than adding a silced banana to it, the recipe was pretty much followed! These 'cakes are a nice change from the usual ones we eat! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
