Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

"This is my family's favorite pizza crust. My dh loves pizza so we have it often. I use fresh ground white wheat for this recipe. It makes two medium pizza crusts."

  • Combine ingredients and knead ten minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to ferment as long as possible. (I make it at breakfast time to use for supper).
  • Roll it out and poke crust with a fork all over to let out air. Add toppings and bake at 500°F for 10 minutes.
