Whole wheat low fat muffins.

These turned out good and moist. I used white whole wheat flour, subbed 1/3 c brown sugar for the splenda, and used half applesauce for the oil. The baking soda made them a little dark, so be careful. I did not add any extra milk- the batter was very thick, but turned out just fine.


  1. mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add wet ingredients.
  3. Add more milk if it is too thick.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  5. Makes 12 muffins.
