  1. Mix dry ingredients first.
  2. Heat soy milk, flax, and syrup together over low heat for ~10 minutes
  3. Combine & mix.
  4. Roll into a simple loaf.
  5. Bake on lightly oiled pan or pizza stone at 375 for ~50 minutes, cover loosely with foil for the first 1/2 hour.

Excellent alternative ...healthy for diabetics...i substituted the 3 tbsp of sugar..added one third cup of raisins instead...tasty.thanks for sharing...
