A great loaf of wholewheat bread! I threw caution to the winds and put all the ingredients in my bread machine, on normal cycle. It came out a perfect 1 1/2 lb loaf. This is my new WW bread recipe. Thanks, Carole in Orlando
This was very good! I think as a dinner side dish bread, next time I might add a bit more salt and maybe toast the sunflower seeds, but the texture was excellent and it was tasty as is. I'll be making this again for sure!
This bread was very good and easy - made it in my Kitchenaide stand mixer. The dough was a little too sticky, even after the first rise, so I kneaded a few extra Tbsp of ww flour in. Turned out great, was still very moist. I used raw honey and walnut oil - and will definitely make again! Thank you!
