A more traditional tasting scone. Not overly sweet, but great taste. Serve with preserves and a GOOD cup of coffee.
- Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a baking pan.
- In large bowl combine dry ingredients.
- In separate bowl beat eggs. Whisk in oil, honey, orange zest, vanilla, and agave.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry. Shape into 4 large rounds, and cut into 4 wedges.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
