This amazed me, I served it over a large bowl of mixed greens and crumbled turkey bacon, with onion slices broken into rings and homemade croutons.
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Gradually whisk in the oil until the dressing is emulsified.
