These were easy and turned out nice and crispy. I made with thawed shredded hash brown potatoes and it worked well. Also used seasoned salt.people found this review Helpful. The BEST baked latkes ever! I used olive oil spray on the baking sheet as well. I think next time I will add garlic, because we are garlic freaks, but it was really good without it! Frying them a bit before baking gives them the edge over normal baked latkes, but I loved that they were all done at the same time! Thanks BFM =)people found this review Helpful. My sister lives in Colorado and is always telling me about "Whole Foods" so I had to try these. I will be making them tonight for the third time (per my daughter's request). We both love them (even cold out of the frig. if there's any leftover). Sent the recipe to my sister, and she said they were right on the money! Thanks BigFatMommapeople found this review Helpful.
