I got this simple recipe from the Whole Foods website. Try spooning into half a papaya for breakfast or serving with tortilla or pita chips for a tasty snack.
- 4 avocados, mashed
- 1 lime, juice of
- 3 garlic cloves, freshly pressed
- 5 -6 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, cleaned and chopped
- 1 -2 jalapeno, diced, seeds removed
- Mix avacado and lime juice.
- Stir in garlic, green onions, cilantro, and jalapenos.
