    Directions:

      clean chicken and pat dry with paper towel.

      lightly rub olive oil over whole chicken.

      combine all spices in a bowl
    4. 4
      take spice mixture and rub on chicken all over.

      take whole onion and stuff inside chicken.
    6. 6
      take garlic cloves and stuff inside chiken.

      put in foil pan.

      put grill on lowest possible setting and let cook for about 2 hours for a 3-4 lb. chicken.

      For larger chicken, check on it in 2 hrs and test with meat thermometer. Must be 180 degrees!
