  • preheat oven to 350°F.
  • combine oil, pop, and sugars in a large mixing bowl. Stir until combine. Add egg whites and vanilla, and stir until well combined. Add flour and baking soda to mix, and slowly stir until a dough forms. Stir in peanuts, chips, and raisins.
  • Drop tablespoon sized balls onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until edges light brown and center is set.
  • Remove and let cool 1 minute and then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

  1. Interesting recipe. One of my favorite combinations includes chocolate, peanuts and raisins Chunky candy bars, made by Nestle, I think, but it's been awhile since I bought one are chocolate candy bars with peanuts and raisins - yummy. So this does sound good. Hope to try them some day, thanks for sharing Chef #505447. :)
