A light dressing or marinade. Use over salad greens, broiled seafood, sliced roasted chicken, or steamed veggies.
- 1⁄3 cup white wine
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2-3 lemons)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt (sea or kosher)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3⁄4 cup olive oil
- In med bowl whisk together first 5 ingredients.
- Continue whisking and whisk in oil slowly and continuously.
- Store in fridge up to 1 week. Shake before using.
