White Sangria

• Prep Time: 1 hrs 10 mins
• Cook Time: 0 mins

Ingredients:

Yield: 6 cups

• 750 ml white wine, cold
• 1/2 cup vodka
• 2 limes, juice of
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 lemon, sliced
• 2 limes, sliced
• 1 1/2 cups tonic water
• ice cube
• fresh mint leaves, to garnish

Directions:

1. In a pitcher, blend all ingredients, except the tonic water and ice cubes.
2. Let cool 1 hour in the fridge.
3. Add tonic water, ice cubes and mint when ready to serve.

Very good, sort of mix between mojito, vodka tonic and white wine, but it works! My wine was semi sweet so I halved the sugar, perfect for us!

*Made for Australia/NZ Swap #54* It was a lovely citrus-y taste, just a tad sweet for me, although I did reduce the sugar a little. DH loved it, and will finish it off with his bedtime snack. Thanks for posting, Boomette.

Didn't get to make it for Canada Day as planned, but made a half pitcher to try this past week - it's so on for the next gathering! An excellent sangria that is easy to make and tastes great, one I look forward to serving to family and friends. Thank you Boomette.
