I made this last night and it sunk completely in the middle. I think maybe that there was too much butter in the recipe. The taste was good so I made a trifle with the cake.

  1. Spray a 12 cup bundt pan.
  2. Combine all cake ingredients and beat until well mixed.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until done via toothpick test.
  5. Cool 15 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely.
  6. Combine glaze ingredients and beat on low speed until powdered sugar is moistened. Increase speed to medium and beat until creamy. Drizzle glaze over cooled cake.
