Very simple recipe. can be used over pizza or with pasta

  1. Melt butter in a skillet.
  2. Add in the flour and stir it until it is completely dissolved and becomes golden in color.
  3. Stir in the milk and whisk continuously to prevent lump formation.
  4. Add the rest of the seasoning while continuing to stir.
  5. When the mixture thickens, turn off the heat.
  6. Add grated cheese and stir until completely dissolved.
  7. Serve over pizza or with pasta.
