This was super yummy! Great sweet drink on a Christmas morning! I didn't make the homemade whip cream. Just used canned real whip cream with crushed candy canes on top.

  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 3 12 cups milk
  • 6 hard peppermint candies, crushed fine
  • 12 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 23 cup whipping cream

Directions

  1. Beat chilled cream with crushed mints until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate for about an hour. Meanwhile, heat milk to a simmer, them mix in chocolate. Whisk until chocolate is melted and smooth. Add mint extract and stir through. Pour into mugs and top with minty whipped cream.
