      This is my first try of a lasagna recipe without tomatoes. It's great except that some of the top noodles got too crunchy. I baked it uncovered as the recipe seemed to suggest so I think using more mozzarella cheese on top would help........maybe at least 1 cup on top. I also used a 15oz. jar of Alfredo sauce instead of the refrigerated tubs and it worked out just fine. Made for Spring PAC 2012.

      Taste was amazing! 5*s all the way. Only problem was I used the no bake noodles and have usually had no problem interchanging them in recipes but in this one they burned on top and got crunchy. They also got kinda soft in the rest of the dish but not soft enough. Still, the recipe said to precook but just wanted to let others know who were thinking of doing the same to use regular lasagna noodles. Thanks for sharing.
