From Chile Pepper magazine
- 1⁄4 cup onion powder
- 1⁄4 cup white pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Combine in a bowl and mix well.
- Sprinkle on whatever you want to grill and allow to dry marinate 4 hours or overnight.
- Store unused portion in airtight container.
This is my go-to rub when I am grilling pork. I have used this rub for many years, ever since I found it in Chile Pepper Magazine.
