  1. Combine in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Sprinkle on whatever you want to grill and allow to dry marinate 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Store unused portion in airtight container.

This is my go-to rub when I am grilling pork. I have used this rub for many years, ever since I found it in Chile Pepper Magazine.
