White Grape Splash

"The grapes at the bottom of the glass provide a surprise element, and the bright green mint adds a splash of color to this refreshing drink. You can use other types of grape juice, such as Concord, for the white grape juice. (Cooking time is to freeze grapes)"

  1. This was a really lovely refreshing drink, not sweet at all. It makes a very attractive drink, that has nice subtle flavoring. The cold grapes were a great treat. Thanks for sharing.

I am originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota and moved to Ohio in 1978. It was quite a culture shock going from the city to living next to the Amish. I spend most of my time cooking, cleaning and caring for my four kids. I have abandoned cookbooks and now cook from favorite, wilted recipe pages and the internet. I fell in love with my Italian family recipes (Scavo, Rotella, Scalzo, Micelli, Grande, Gigliotti) and my Mom's homecooked meals.
