The grapes at the bottom of the glass provide a surprise element, and the bright green mint adds a splash of color to this refreshing drink. You can use other types of grape juice, such as Concord, for the white grape juice. (Cooking time is to freeze grapes)
- ice cube, as needed
- 3 cups grapes, frozen
- 3 cups white grape juice
- 16 ounces sparkling water
- fresh mint sprig (to garnish)
- Select 4 tumblers or wineglasses. Put several ice cubes and 6 frozen grapes in each glass. Pour 3/4 cup of the grape juice over the ice, then top with about 1/4 cup of the sparkling water. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig and serve immediately.
This was a really lovely refreshing drink, not sweet at all. It makes a very attractive drink, that has nice subtle flavoring. The cold grapes were a great treat. Thanks for sharing.
