These crepes are low in fat, have a great taste and can be eaten for breakfast with honey or for dinner filled with grilled vegetables or chicken meat, you can eat them how ever you like!
- 4 egg whites
- 100 ml milk (I use only a soy milk, but you can use skim or low-fat too)
- 50 g all-purpose flour (I use whole wheat)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- Pour all ingredients in blender and blend until are well combined. Heat a non stick skillet. When it's well heated grease with a butter using a paper. Spread 2 tbsp of the batter and grill about 1 minute or until the ends of the crepe comes away of the skillet. Turn the crepe on the other side and grill 1 more minute. Repeat until all batter finish, greasing the skillet before every new crepe.
