Makes 2 9" pies. She stole this while working for a weapons defense company from the Publik House

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Beat egg yolks until light and add sugar, continue beating until thick and smooth.
  2. Soft gelatin in cold water. Place in the top of a double boiler, stir until gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Add vanilla, milk and egg mixture.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened and very smooth.
  5. Chill.
  6. Whip the cream and fold into the egg mixture. pour into 2 prepared 9" chocolate cookie crumb crust. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
  7. Chill.
