White Christmas Jewel Fudge

- 709.77 ml premium white chocolate chips
- 396.89 g can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 7.39 ml vanilla extract
- 0.61 ml salt
- 118.29 ml candied green cherries, chopped
- 118.29 ml candied red cherries, chopped
directions
- In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chips with Eagle Brand, vanilla and salt. Remove from heat; stir in cherries. Spread evenly in foil-lined 8 or 9-inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
- Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator.
- TIP: Fudge makes a great homemade holiday gift!

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
