Finally I have a fav thing that I use to like to help my mum make at Christmas time. Now, I can get my son to help me make it & carry on something that is fun.

I made these for a Christmas function and part of some Christmas gift. They were so easy and quick to make, I had to change a few of the dried fruit because I didn't have any at home, so I used mixed peel and craisins (dried cranberries), in replace of currants and raisins. Other then this slight change I kept to the recipe. Everyone at the Christmas function wanted the recipe, they said it was like a white fruity chocolate crackle. Thank you for posting Missy Wombat
