Ingredients Nutrition

  • 115 g vegetable shortening (I use Kremelta)
  • 1 cup mixed dried fruit (include some glace cherries)
  • 1 12 cups Rice Krispies
  • 12 cup coconut
  • 12 cup icing sugar
  • 12 cup full cream milk powder

Directions

  1. Melt shortening over low heat.
  2. Combine with all other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Press mixture evenly into slice tin and allow to set firm.
  4. Cut into small slices to serve.
