  1. Heat the white chocolate and butter together in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted.
  2. (The mixture may be thick and grainy.) Remove pan from heat; stir in the heavy cream until smooth.
  3. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours, or until chilled.
