ingredients
- 473.18 ml sugar
- 236.59 ml sour cream
- 1.23 ml salt
- 14.79 ml light corn syrup
- 29.58 ml butter
- 4.92 ml vanilla extract
- 236.59 ml miniature marshmallow
- 236.59 ml white chocolate chips
- 118.29 ml dried fruit, chopped
- 118.29 ml nuts, chopped
directions
- In 2 quart saucepan, mix sugar, sour cream, salt and corn syrup. Bring to a boil and boil until soft ball stage.
- Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, stirring until the marshmallows are melted and blended.
- Pour into 9" square pan and cool till set.

Wow! What an excellent diversion to the ordinary, traditional fudge. I stuck to the recipe in every way except that I had no marshmallows so I omit them. The fudge was firmer than it would have been because of it, and I had to work quicker than usual to pour it in the pan (it started to set up very quickly) but it was excellent! I added finely diced dried apricots and hazelnuts, and block white chocolate rather than chips.<br/>Next time I will try dried cranberries and almonds!<br/>Absolutely delish, thanks Sticky Toffee for posting!
