"White Chocolate Fudge"

• Yields: 1 8in square pan

ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 4 cups powdered sugar
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
• 12 ounces white chocolate, melted
• 1 1⁄2 cups pecans (or walnuts or macadamia nuts)

directions

1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large mixing bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
2. Gradually add chocolate; mix well.
3. Stir in nuts.
4. Spread in greased 8 inch square pan.
5. Chill several hours.
