Wonderful treat. Very easy and fast to put together, and quite pretty. I did change it up slightly, by rolling it in coconut instead of dipping in chocolate. I only have unsweetened dried cranberries, so it's quite mild where sweetness is concerned.:) If I could make just one suggestions.... because of varying sizes of oranges, it would be helpful if there was an actually measurement for the juice. Fabulous creation Paula. Made for Winter 2011 Hidden Gems

Absolutely love these spicy orangy fruit and nut truffles! I used icing sugar instead of honey, to give little firmness. Perfect! Reminds me very much of the yogurt covered fruit and nut bars from the health store in Finland. We were given them as treat when kids. They were called "Lutiini" bars.

Even though I am an accomplished baker, this is the first tart I have ever made. This recipe is easy and soooo delicious! I baked it in a 12" pizza pan which I sprayed with Pam. The crust is crisp and buttery. I used strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and glazed them with a combination of strawberry lemonade (that I had previously made) and cornstartch. Beautiful presentation!
