  • 1892.72-2365.9 ml popped buttered popcorn
  • 354.88 ml cashew halves, and pieces (or nut of your choice)
  • 453.59 g package white almond bark

directions

  • In a large bowl, mix together popcorn and nuts.
  • In a double boiler or saucepan over medium-low heat, melt almond bark until smooth.
  • Pour over popcorn mixture and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula, until fully coated.
  • Pour in a single layer on waxed paper-lined sheets.
  • Let cool and break apart. Store in an airtight container.

  1. Made for Spring PAC 2008. I had some leftover white almond bark from Christmas and decided to make this. I made two bags of microwave popcorn and added the cashews. I had 20 ounces of almond bark, so used all of it. This was a tasty snack.
