Serve with fresh fruit such as cherries, pineapples and bananas for dipping.
- 150 g good quality white chocolate
- 150 ml double cream
- 1 tablespoon white rum
- 15 g pistachio nuts, toasted and crushed
- Break chocolate into a pan and add cream.
- Heat gently until melted.
- Stir in rum and nuts and leave to cool.
