Delicious!!! I used a carrot cake mix and omitted the ginger - it was superb and I'll certainly make it again.
This cake is the Bomb!!! If you like spice cake or carrot cake you will love this one. It was so moist it practically melts in your mouth. I especially love the cinnamon Glaze which truly compliments the flavor... I added finely chopped toasted walnuts to mine and it gave it a nice taste as well. Thanks for posting! i love this cake, it is easy and really good. it actually is the same recipe that i posted as Pumpkin White Chocolate Cake, great minds and great palates must think alike, lol.
Oh, this cake was so easy to make and tastes delicious! It is BOTH tender and moist, moist, moist! We love the little jewels of white chocolate throughout the cake too. I love this time of year and this cake tastes like fall! Thanks, V~
