White Chicken Chili

ingredients

• 1 lb cooked diced chicken breast
• 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
• 2 (15 7/8 ounce) cans great northern beans
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package white chili seasoning mix
• shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

directions

1. Over medium-low heat in a small saucepan, combine all ingredients.
2. Heat until warm, stirring occasionally.
3. Ladle into individual bowls.
4. Top with mozzerella cheese.
5. Serve.
