Chicken breasts baked in a creamy, tangy white sauce that is dairy free. Really easy.

Directions

  1. Place chicken breasts in 8x8 dish. Half and pound them if they are large.
  2. In blender, mix mayo, salt, pepper, vinegar, honey, and milk.
  3. Pour sauce over chicken.
  4. Cover and bake @ 350 for 35 - 40 minutes or until chicken reaches 160.
  5. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
