A friend of mine gave me this recipe for Queso and it is the best I've had, you just can't stop eating it.
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomatillos (drained)
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 3 serrano peppers
- 1 bunch green onion
- 10 lbs white cheese (American)
- 10 cups milk
- Blend tomatillos, garlic, peppers, and chopped green onions.
- Heat milk and tomato mixture in double boiler until hot then add cheese.
- Heat until melted.
- Serve Hot.
Not flavorful enough for my family. We found it very bland
