A friend of mine gave me this recipe for Queso and it is the best I've had, you just can't stop eating it.

  1. Blend tomatillos, garlic, peppers, and chopped green onions.
  2. Heat milk and tomato mixture in double boiler until hot then add cheese.
  3. Heat until melted.
  4. Serve Hot.
