from darlene kossman very old , farm recipe from tilden ne very simple mrs william brozek i made this when i made my flicky which uses only egg yolks. this recipe REALLY expands its not quite big enough for 9x13 but way to big for the smaller pan maybe 2 rounds
- beat egg whites til stiff.
- cream sugar and butter in separate bowl
- sift dry ingredients
- add to creamed mixture.
- add milk and vanilla
- fold in egg whites
- pour into greased 9x13 cake pan grease and flour mine stuck a little with only greasing
- bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until done .
