  • Beat eggs until frothy. Add baking powder 1 teaspoon at a time beat until stiff peaks form. Cream butter and sugar. Sift flour and salt together add alternately with water. Add vanilla. Fold egg whites into batter. Pour into 9x13 bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, springs back when done.
