I don't understand how the yeast is suppost to live? If there is only 1 t. sugar and 4 t. salt won't the salt over take the sugar and kill the yeast? Also wouldn't you need more yeast? 2T for 4 loaves of bread seems small. I would love to try this recipe if anyone has any helpful hints. Thanks.
This was ok. I had a problem with the amount. The dough is hard to work with because of the volume. I would have to work with the recipe to get the amount right for something we would be able to eat before it goes bad.
