  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, saute for 5-7 minutes or until onion starts to brown.
  3. Stir in garlic and oregano and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
  4. Add beans, water, salt and pepper.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes or until half f the liquid has evaporated.
