White Bean Salad

I've combined a few different recipes for a delicious healthy lunch. It is very versatile and you can add whatever you like. Sometimes I add capers or sun dried tomatoes. Serve on a bed of lettuce.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Drain the beans and rinse under cold water.
  2. Into a food processor or blender, put the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic basil leaves, cumin, salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, toss the beans with the dressing.
  4. Let the flavors meld for about half an hour.
  5. Best served at room temperature.
